WP6 provides efficient and transparent project governance.
1. Establish and implement project management rules and procedures, including frameworks for material exchange between partners.
2. Monitor proper implementation in line with the EAVI Grant Agreement and budget (Article 11), with attention to ethics, gender equity, and GDPR compliance, supported by risk monitoring and mitigation.
3. Act as the primary interface with the granting authority unless otherwise specified; coordinate timely technical and financial reporting under EU guidelines, with oversight and prompt payment to beneficiaries.
4. Set up and execute frameworks for knowledge protection and intellectual property management, alongside a robust, FAIR aligned Data Management Plan (DMP).
5. Organise consortium meetings.
6. Establish the EAVI Ethics and Scientific Advisory Board (ESAB).
