Brief info

Pikado (link on Pikado: www.pikadobv.com) is a French-based SME with over a decade experience in science writing, editing and dissemination, and in scientific progress monitoring. Leslie A. Reperant, DVM, PhD, founder and director, studies emerging infectious diseases at the human-animal interface. She wrote her first popular science book ‘Fatal Jump: Tracking the Origins of Pandemics’, (link on the title of the book: https://www.pikadobv.com/fataljump) published by Johns Hopkins University Press in 2023. Pikado brings One Health expertise and experience translating complex scientific content into accessible formats for diverse stakeholders and the public. Pikado will be responsible for creating EAVI’s Knowledge Exchange Platform mapping vaccine clinical trials for neglected diseases across Sub-Saharan Africa and the Global South.
